Fresh vegetables are important components of a healthy diet.



Our body is our temple, and we need to take care of it to obtain a healthy life! Here are some healthy tips; it is your choice in which you choose to follow. Remember, the more you follow, the healthier you shall become!

1 Do you have a healthy diet? I.e. Fruits, vegetables, raw and organic is better.

2 Are you taking the right supplements?

3 Do you exercise regularly? Something you enjoy doing, walking, dancing?

4 Do you drink enough water? You should be drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.

5 Cut down on processed foods, or better still, cut them out of your diet.

6 Eat less red meat, and eat more fish containing omega 3.

7 Eat less fried foods and sugary foods, i.e. chips, donuts, sugar, cakes, and biscuits.

8 Eat less food containing wheat, or cut wheat out of your diet all together.

9 Go for brown carbs vs. white, and try to eat organic where possible.

10 Prepare your meals yourself; you know what is in them.

11 Do not use a microwave oven, it has high levels of dangerous radiation.

12 Breathe deeply and expand your lungs.

13 Love yourself, be positive, let go of negative thoughts, and negative people.

14 Have a goal, have a purpose in life!

15 Learn to relax, meditate, walk or stand in your garden barefooted.

16 Have good dental hygiene, a lot of health problems starts there.

17 Improve your posture; this improves the health of your spine and your looks.

18 Your mind is very important; keep it active, by reading, or doing puzzles.

19 Are you getting enough sleep, the hours before midnight are of more quality.

20 Smile, it releases endorphins that keep you happy!
